Yes. BlueMarble Charging B.V. and BlueMarble Software B.V. were declared bankrupt on 23 September 2026, after parent company BlueMarble Group B.V. on 15 September 2026. A curator appointed by Rechtbank Midden-Nederland handles the bankruptcy.

The chargers keep working, but they rely on BlueMarble’s back office for authorisation, roaming, billing and payouts. If that CPMS stops, those services stop too. Moving to another CPMS such as E-Flux by Road keeps your sites operational and earning.
