Sign up as a homeowners association (HOA) property manager

How does it work?

Step 1: The property manager creates an account by clicking this link.

Step 2: Important: do not register a resident’s charge point using the property manager’s account. Residents must register themselves via this form.

Step 3: Once the account is created, the property manager fills in the form below to upgrade the account to an HOA account.

Step 4: E-Flux sends an agreement to the property manager, who signs it and returns it to E-Flux.

Step 5: After the account is upgraded to an HOA account, the property manager receives the account details.

Step 6: The charge points for the residents are installed.

Step 7: The HOA sends each resident with a charge point an email containing a form for signing up their charge point.

Step 8: Each resident creates their own E-Flux account by clicking this link.

Step 9: Each resident fills in the resident sign-up form by clicking this link.

Step 10: Residents can order a charge card from their newly created E-Flux accounts, if needed.

Step 11: Ready to charge!
