Sign up as a homeowners association (HOA) resident

Please note that before you register your charge point as a HOA-resident, your HOA-admin needs to sign up first.

Congratulations on your new charge point! Your HOA has chosen the charge point management system of E-Flux. Before we can add your charge point to the platform, you first need to create an account and fill in the form below.

Your charge point will then be added to the platform after which sessions will be automatically reimbursed to your HOA. During the registration, residents should provide their payment details so that the subscription costs can be invoiced. When this is done, you will be responsible for the subscription fees.

• Managing an AC charge point costs €5.50 excl. VAT per month per socket;
• A one-time connection fee of €16.50 excl. VAT is charged to the resident for an AC charge point;
• The subscription duration is 24 months for business users and 12 months for private individuals.
