Subscription cancellation

Cancel your charge card or charging station subscription below.

Cancel charge card

  1. Log in to your account via https://dashboard.e-flux.io/login
  2. Go to "My Cards": From the main dashboard menu on the left
  3. Locate Your Card: Find the specific card you wish to cancel in the list.
  4. Open Action Menu: Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) located on the right-hand side of the card details under the "Actions" column.
  5. Select Cancel: Click on "Block or Cancel Card" -from the dropdown menu.
  6. Confirm & Submit: Click the purple "Submit" button. A confirmation message will appear stating, "The card has been cancelled," and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
