In a fast-changing market driven by higher charging capacity, diverse hardware, and new compliance obligations, TSG had to deliver a reliable and adaptable monitoring solution, without positioning itself as a competitor to its own clients, including CPOs and utilities.

After testing a white-label monitoring platform from another provider, TSG chose to work with E-Flux by Road for three key reasons:

• Full on-site autonomy: TSG teams can activate the charging stations themselves using the provided tools (QR codes, SIM cards, platform access), with no need to rely on third parties.

• 219 charging stations activated in France: Installations include both AC and DC chargers, deployed across a variety of sites—from private parking lots to publicly accessible locations. This diversity highlights the solution’s adaptability to different use cases and environments.

• **Under 1 hour from installation to activation: Thanks to preconfiguration ahead of deployment, technicians have full on-site autonomy. This enables them to activate the chargers as soon as they’re connected to the network, significantly speeding up the go-live process.

• **Strong satisfaction from field teams: A smooth rollout with no negative feedback from clients or installers. Since the beginning of the partnership, no major incidents have been reported. This operational stability is a clear reflection of Road’s robustness and its alignment with real-world field needs.

Towards connected and proactive charging management

TSG plans to strengthen its collaboration with Road to stay ahead of market developments and better meet the needs of its clients. One of the key priorities is energy management, or smart charging—now essential to coordinate charging across sites equipped with chargers from different brands and models. This approach goes beyond the limits of traditional local systems, enabling optimized use of available power.

TSG also aims to integrate remote management with energy aggregators, offering clients access to dynamic pricing through spot market contracts, such as those provided by DREEV. This integration will further enhance the value of charging operations by combining operational efficiency with energy cost optimization.
