go-e is an Austrian manufacturer of AC charging stations for electric vehicles as well as relevant accessories. Already in its name, go-e carries an aspiration to enthuse and inspire people for a future-oriented way of life. go-e products offer always numerous additional functions that enable convenient and sustainable charging at a good price-performance ratio.
In 2017, go-e introduced the self-developed and world’s first wallbox for charging electric cars that can also be used on the move. With this, go-e set new standards for intuitively usable, intelligent charging solutions with an excellent price-performance ratio. go-e took first place with one of its Chargers in the wallbox test 2022 conducted by ADAC, Stiftung Warentest and ÖAMTC. The best product in the test was also the cheapest.
The go-e Charger Gemini flex 11 kW or 22 kW can be installed without an electrician. Simply plug it into a red CEE 16/32 A socket or into other sockets via an original go-e adapter and the charging process starts immediately (Plug&Play). That’s why the wallbox can also be converted into a mobile charging station in just a few seconds by take it down from the quick release wall mount.
The Charger works with and without the use of an app. Basic settings can be changed and convenience settings can be used via the app. The Charger can be controlled locally via hotspot or remotely via WiFi/cloud. When integrated into a WiFi network, for example, static load management, the use of flexible electricity tariffs or surplus PV power (additional EMS required), and an evaluation of the charging processes for different users (RFID chips) are also possible. A special highlight is the open API – which enables integration into the smart home.
Use Case:
The compact size and low weight allow the portable charging station to be used at home, in front of company buildings or when travelling. This makes the Charger a reliable companion even when camping or visiting friends.
