About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Controller that is energized by putting their sleeves up and digging into the full financial records at E-Flux. Do you like your voice to be heard and leave your own signature over companies’ financial processes?
Are you a detail-junkie that ensures accurate execution of tasks? Do you like to perform a variety of controlling activities?

Your responsibilities include:

Ensure the correctness of all ledgers in terms of period and cost allocation and timely/accurate month end closure

Review and analyze monthly P&L and Balance Sheet statements for accuracy

Review and report on the departments’ monthly budgets vs actuals

Ensure full reconciliation is done between variety of tools

Support an annual audit

Being control and number obsessed to dig into financial records and be their master to bring them to full financial accuracy.

The experience we value:

Master’s degree in accounting / finance / controlling required (RC/RA is a plus).

Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and/or IFRS
-
3+ years of business controlling / auditing experience.

Experience in “Big Four” is a must
-
Background in Fintech / startup is a plus
-
Excellent communication skills in English
