Functionalities

A charging station subscription includes the following functionalities:

All charging sessions at your charging stations are automatically settled and reimbursed. Exporting charging sessions and declaring them manually is a thing of the past

Manage locations, and set your own rates for charging sessions, whether per kWH, charge session, or hour.

Create access groups, so that employees or visitors can charge at different rates.

Easily add and manage your charge points in a single dashboard, to reduce your admin, maximise your revenue and offer an effortless charging experience for your drivers.

Our driver hotline is available 24/7 and is rated 4.5 out of 5 stars by our existing customers, so if there’s an urgent issue at your charge point, we can solve it for you.

Do you want to restrict access to your (home) charge point for private use? You can set the charging station to private charging. You can still settle the charging costs with your company or employer.

You receive notifications when something is wrong with your charging point, and you are able to reset it remotely.

Frequently asked questions

If you want to set up reimbursement with your employer, we offer the perfect solution. The employer needs to sign up for an E-Flux account, and can decide which package best suits the company’s needs. After creating the account, the employer can invite you and set the reimbursement rate. You will receive an email invitation to create your own account. Once you have access, and the station has been installed and configured with the E-Flux software, you can easily add your charging station to your account.

It is possible to set rates per kWh, per hour, or per session. Each month we bill these sessions through the Mobility Service Provider, and deposit the total amount into your bank account. Each time you create a location, you can set a rate. This can always be changed afterwards. More advanced forms of pricing will soon be offered, such as dynamic rates, penalty rates, and rates per time period.

If you are the account administrator, you are free to adjust the rate. For employees linked to an employer’s master account, we let the employer set the rate.

We have more than 80 different brands and 400 charge station models that are compatible with E-Flux. View a complete list in our database.

We charge a one-time connection fee for each charge station. We cover the costs of pre-configuration, EVSE ID Sticker, and SIM-card activation.

For charge sessions at E-Flux charge points that are paid for with non E-Flux charge cards, we charge a flat fee of €0.03 excl. VAT. per kilowatt hour. This is paid for by the EV driver, and doesn't impact the charge station owner's revenue.

Our charge cards are accepted at public and private charge points in more than 7.000 cities, across every country within Europe. Our greatest coverage is in the Netherlands and Belgium with 99%, followed by Germany with 95%.

DC (direct current) charging uses high-voltage to provide an experience similar to the stop-and-go nature of a petrol or diesel car. This type of charging, from providers like Fastned and Ionity, enables you to fully charge a battery in 30 minutes or less.

With AC (alternating current) charging, most commonly found at public charge points or at home charging, the time varies based on the type of charge point and the battery size of the car. This type of charging, on average, will take 7 hours to fully charge your battery, making it a popular overnight choice.

The price of electricity changes based on the location and time of day. But, thanks to the E-Flux app, those with our charge cards can easily see the charge tariff or any associated fees at public points.
